Foods that help are also eating whole, organic foods with little to no processing best complements your endocrine system. Eat cruciferous vegetables -- broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage -- to regulate and detoxify your glands. Flaxseed and vitamin B can help balance your hormones. Calcium, vitamins A and C, magnesium and regular exercise help reduce stress and strengthen bones.
